No Amazon presence at all, an unknown brand in one of Amazon's most crowded categories, and a visual identity that had to survive the move to a marketplace page.

What we did
Full setup: listings written for German search, A+ content, product images and a brand store that kept the brand's own aesthetic. Amazon PPC and external traffic to build early momentum. Amazon Vine for the first reviews.

What changed
The brand went from unknown to selling, with early reviews that stayed positive as organic reviews followed, and a listing set that later launches could reuse. The figures are in the call.
