Operate · Amazon.com to Amazon.se

Your Amazon account, run as your Amazon function

You own the account, the stock and the seller-of-record role. We do the running: advertising, SEO and listings, graphics, catalogue, troubleshooting and account health, with one Account Manager and one live view — and the next marketplace when the numbers say so.

Any Amazon marketplace, one or all twelve, on your account. Into Europe on your account — or ours.

01 · The twelve marketplaces

The twelve marketplaces

One of them, a region, or all of them. The team, the five functions and the fee model are the same whichever you pick.

  • US Amazon.com
  • CA Amazon.ca
  • MX Amazon.com.mx
  • UK Amazon.co.uk
  • DE Amazon.de
  • FR Amazon.fr
  • IT Amazon.it
  • ES Amazon.es
  • NL Amazon.nl
  • BE Amazon.com.be
  • PL Amazon.pl
  • SE Amazon.se

02 · Who this is for

Who this is for

  • A US brand that sells on Amazon.com and has nobody whose whole job is the account.

  • A European brand on Amazon.de, Amazon.it or Amazon.es that wants it run properly.

  • A brand already live in several marketplaces that wants one team and one set of numbers instead of one supplier per country.

  • And a brand from the Nordics: Amazon has no store in Finland, Denmark or Norway, the nearest shelves are Amazon.se and Amazon.de, and Western Europe, where Amazon.de sits, is 58 % of European online retail against Northern Europe's 8 % — taking Nordic brands there is the work we started with in 2021.

Source: Amazon's European stores (sell.amazon.com/global-selling/europe; Amazon.ie launched March 2025). Share of European online retail by region, 2024: Western Europe 58 %, Northern Europe 8 % (European E-commerce Report 2025, Ecommerce Europe and EuroCommerce).

03 · What we take over

What we take over

One Account Manager owns the account end to end; account health is watched daily.

  • Advertising.

Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display in your own ad account, run against advertising cost of sales, total advertising cost of sales and organic rank — not impressions.

  • SEO and listings.

Titles, bullets, backend terms and A+ content written for the search language of the marketplace they are sold on — the words a German, Italian or American shopper types — and tested. Localisation, not translation.

  • Graphics.

Listing images, A+ content and the brand store, made for the market they sell in.

  • Catalogue.

Variation families, flat files, listing uploads and catalogue monitoring across marketplaces — the part of Amazon that breaks quietly.

  • Troubleshooting.

Account health, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, Buy Box, Seller Support cases, brand protection. Its own discipline.

Beyond the five functions:

  • Strategy and product strategy.

Which marketplace opens next and in what order, which products travel and which lead, what the range on each shelf should be and what it should do to the numbers. Set in phase 02, then revised as the numbers come in.

  • Daily operation.

The account looked after every working day: inventory coordination and FBA shipments, pricing and the Buy Box, Seller Support cases, Prime Day and the Q4 calendar, and the weekly reading of the numbers with your Account Manager.

  • Compliance.

The registration sequence — VAT, packaging and producer schemes, an EU Responsible Person where the category needs one — planned and chased with the specialist partner who files, so the launch date holds; category rules read against your catalogue before a listing is written; Amazon's own requests for documents, certificates and listing policy answered from the account.

04 · Compliance

Selling in the EU: what changes

Where your stock sits decides your registrations: holding inventory in Amazon's German warehouses means a German VAT registration and Germany's packaging register before the first unit is listed, and every further country asks the same question. Category rules travel with the product — food, supplements, cosmetics, toys and electricals each carry their own rules for what the label and the listing may say. A specialist partner files; we sequence it so the launch date holds.

Rules summarised from public sources; not legal advice.

05 · How it starts

How it starts

Live selling in a new marketplace follows the registrations, not the calendar.

  1. 01 Analysis. We read the account as it is — listings, advertising, catalogue health, reviews, the competition on your search terms — and say what we would change first. For a new marketplace: your catalogue and your claims against that shelf.
  2. 02 Strategy. What changes first, in what order, which marketplace opens next, and what it should do to the numbers.
  3. 03 Setup. What the account is missing: Brand Registry, A+ content, the brand store, listings rebuilt for local search where a market is new — and AvenuOS connected, so your data flows from day one.
  4. 04 Standardized Growth. Advertising, listings, catalogue and account health, run weekly on rank and efficiency; new marketplaces in their turn.
  5. 05 AvenuOS. Your reporting, your insights and your Avenu team in one place.

06 · Commitments

What you can hold us to

  • Problems answered within four hours on working days.
  • Account health monitored daily, not weekly.
  • Nothing reaches your listings unreviewed.
  • Your accounts and your data stay yours.
  • Your business and products understood end to end; every recommendation rests on that.

07 · Two ways to work with us

Two ways to work with us

Same team, same AvenuOS, same daily operation. The difference is whose account it is — and therefore who carries the compliance.

  • Your account.

Any Amazon marketplace — Amazon.com to Amazon.se — one or all twelve. You own the account, the stock and the seller-of-record role; we run it as your Amazon function. Start with one marketplace and add the next when the numbers say so; the fee model does not change.

  • Our account — Europe only.

For a brand outside the EU: we buy your goods and sell them on Avenu's own European account as seller of record. You ship to one place and stay out of European compliance.

Both start with the same two steps, analysis and strategy. Which way fits you is the strategy's first deliverable. How we work →

08 · AvenuOS

One live view

The AvenuOS reporting view: sales, traffic, fees and advertising for every marketplace in one table.
Demonstration account, not a client.
  • Live account-level data.

Sales, traffic, fees, returns, inventory and advertising from your own Seller Central and ad account, down to the ASIN — not a monthly deck.

  • Approvals in one click.

Your team asks for a decision with the context attached; you approve, comment or decline in the portal, and the history stays logged.

  • Your accounts, your data.

The accounts remain yours, every authorisation can be revoked, and your data sits in its own isolated tenant.

10 · How the money works

How the money works

Analysis and strategy first. Then a setup fee for every marketplace we take on — whether we open it or take over an account that is already live — and it includes AvenuOS. Then a flat monthly fee per product per marketplace. No percentage of your sales, no percentage of your advertising budget. Advertising budget and stock are yours on top. We quote after the call; the model does not change.

How the money works

Next step

Twenty minutes, no deck.

One marketplace or all twelve: we walk through where your account stands, what we would do first, and what it looks like when one team runs it as your Amazon function. If it is not a fit, you will know inside the call.
