This website
avenu.fi sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Visits are measured with cookie-less analytics that record aggregated page views, referrers and country, without identifying you and without storing anything on your device.

When you write to us
If you email hello@avenu.fi or send a message from the form on the Contact page, we process your name, company, email address and what you write in order to answer you. The form delivers your message to hello@avenu.fi as an email and stores nothing else; we keep correspondence for as long as the matter is open and for the period required by Finnish law for business records.

When you request a guide
If you ask for one of the guides on the Knowledge Hub page, we process your name and email address to send you the guide and to answer you. If you tick the optional box, we also keep your address on our mailing list to send our articles a few times a year; you can leave the list at any time with the link in any of those emails, by replying to one of them or by writing to hello@avenu.fi, and we remove your address. The request is delivered to hello@avenu.fi as an email; without the box, nothing else is stored.

When you book a call
Booking runs on Google Calendar's appointment page. Google processes the details you enter there under its own privacy terms; we receive your name, email address and the time you chose, and use them only for the meeting.

When you apply for a role
Applications run on a ClickUp or Google form and are processed for recruitment only. We keep applications for 12 months after the process ends, then delete them.

Client accounts
Data processed inside AvenuOS for client accounts is covered by the client agreement, not by this notice.

Legal basis
Answering your message and arranging a meeting: our legitimate interest in responding to you and steps at your request before a contract. The mailing list: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Recruitment: steps at your request before a contract. Business records: legal obligation.

Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors we use for the purposes above: Google (email, calendar, forms), Resend (delivers the forms' messages and the guides as email, and holds the mailing list), ClickUp (application forms), Plausible (analytics, EU-hosted, no cookies), and Vercel, which hosts this site. Data may be processed outside the EU by these providers under the safeguards in their terms.

Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). Write to hello@avenu.fi.
