How the money works

Flat fees. No percentage of anything.

Analysis and strategy first. Then a setup fee for every marketplace we take on — whether we open it or take over an account that is already live — and it includes AvenuOS. Then a flat monthly fee per product per marketplace. No percentage of your sales, no percentage of your advertising budget. Advertising budget and stock are yours on top. We quote after the call; the model does not change.

01 · What the setup fee covers

What the setup fee covers

Taking the account on: the audit of what is there, Seller Central and Brand Registry where a market is new, listings rebuilt for local search, A+ content and the brand store where they are missing, and AvenuOS connected to your accounts so your data flows from day one.

02 · What the monthly fee covers

What the monthly fee covers

The five functions — advertising, SEO and listings, graphics, catalogue, troubleshooting — for the products and marketplaces in scope, your Account Manager, weekly reading of the numbers, AvenuOS, and the four commitments.

03 · What sits outside it

What sits outside it

Your advertising budget, paid to Amazon. Your stock. Amazon's own fees. The specialist partner's fees for VAT and EPR filings. Anything outside the agreed scope, which is quoted before it starts.

04 · Why not a percentage

Why not a percentage

A fee tied to your sales or your advertising budget rewards the wrong thing: spending more. A flat fee per product per marketplace means the only way we earn more is by running more of your catalogue in more markets — which is also what you want.

05 · Our account — Europe only

Our account — Europe only

When we buy your goods and sell them as seller of record on Avenu's European account, the terms are agreed case by case. The first phase, analysis and strategy, is the same and priced the same.

Next step

Twenty minutes, no deck.

One marketplace or all twelve: we walk through where your account stands, what we would do first, and what it looks like when one team runs it as your Amazon function. If it is not a fit, you will know inside the call.
