Actions Taken
To address these challenges and achieve Kukko’s goals, we implemented a comprehensive overhaul:
- Listing Optimization: We overhauled all existing product listings, improving SEO, updating product images, implementing A+ content, and refreshing the Amazon brand store. The listings emphasized Kukko’s key strengths, including its gluten-free status and eco-conscious values.
- New Product Launch: The Helles beer was introduced with a tailored Amazon launch strategy, supported by optimized listings and promotional campaigns.
- Brand Cohesion: We established consistent, professional branding across the entire Amazon presence to enhance recognition and trust.
- PPC Advertising: Using strategic SQP (Search Query Performance) analysis, we segmented competitors and targeted mid- and bottom-funnel keywords through a mix of defensive, PAT (Product Attribute Targeting), and automated campaigns.
- Logistics and Fulfillment: Amazon’s FBA model was implemented to streamline logistics and ensure fast, reliable delivery.
